Hi, I’m Catherine

I bring warmth, authenticity and a deep love of movement into everything I do. Dance was my very first love — I started young and spent a lot of time helping out in my mum’s fitness business, seeing first-hand just how powerful movement can be in lifting people up,

bringing them together and helping them heal.  Although I went on to study law and completed my solicitor training, my heart never really  left dance or community.

It gently (and persistently!) guided me back to where I feel most at home.

For over 12 years now, I’ve been teaching in local communities, creating an inclusive,

nurturing approach to dance and fitness for women of all ages and stages of life.

Everything I offer is rooted in acceptance and compassion.  I truly believe in

meeting women exactly where they are — physically, emotionally and energetically.

My classes are safe, welcoming spaces where you can move, breathe, laugh, rest

and just be.  It’s never just about fitness;  it’s about belonging,

self-expression and reconnecting with joy.

And when I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me with my much-loved French Bulldog

puppy, Winston — who has completely stolen my heart.

Hi, I’m Irene

I come from a background in teaching drama and music, and I’ve spent many years supporting women through movement, mindfulness and voice. I bring a deeply nurturing,

grounded and intuitive approach into everything I offer.

My journey has been shaped by a lifelong love of community, wellbeing and the gentle wisdom of the body. I draw on practices such as Qi Gong, meditation, mindful movement & singing to create spaces where women are invited to slow down, reconnect and restore.

I love weaving together ancient traditions with modern understanding, offering practices

that feel accessible, nourishing and deeply human.

I have a real passion for holding safe, inclusive spaces where women feel seen, supported

& encouraged to listen to their own inner wisdom. Whether I’m leading a class, workshop

or retreat, my intention is always the same — to offer a place to land, to breathe and

to remember a sense of ease, joy and belonging.

At the heart of my work is a belief that wellbeing isn’t about striving or fixing ourselves,

but about kindness, connection and gently coming home to who we already are — together.

I also truly believe that a good belly laugh is one of the most restorative things there is!
